There will be two ladders, one singles, one doubles.
The singles will be open to men and women.
The ladders are open to adult & junior members (under16 on 1.1.08)
who are currently playing for senior teams.
The doubles will be open to any combination of men, women or mixed.
The ladders will run from 1st April to the end of October.
Entry is free
Draw for positions on the ladder will take place on 30th March at club
morning.
Anyone entering after that date joins the bottom of the ladder.
Players may challenge up to and including two places above you.
Matches to be the best of three sets (tie break at 6-6, except 3rd set
which must be won by 2 clear games).
A player must accept a challenge or swap places, but please note the
idea is to play matches, not concede them!
All match results to be recorded on the results sheet beside the ladder.
Ladder positions must not be altered without the agreement of both
players.
Any disputes to the Tennis Sub Committee, whose decision is final.
Entry can be by filling in the Ladder Application Form or by signing the list in the club house by 30th March.
